Website Shorte.st comes from VulkanRT

Website Shorte.st in the Firefox browser is an uninvited present. To get rid of it you must search on the HD for VulkanRT, and delete all (could me many!) entries on your HD. A pushy cleaner program is not necessary, your manual activity does enough.

The suspicion is that this harmless virus intruded with the download of the NVIDIA upgrade; in many results stand this name and one date is on the day of the new installation.
